A high-powered delegation led by Dr. Afua Asabea Asare, the CEO of the Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA) and her Deputy Mr. Samuel Dentu as well as Mr. Lawrence Agyinsam, the CEO of Ghana Exim bank, Mr. Foster Boateng, the Deputy Chief Executive of the Tree Crop Development Authority and senior Officials of the Food and Drugs Authority attended the Fruit Logistica Fair 2022.
GEPA led a delegation of 30 exhibitors from 7 horticultural product associations and agencies to participate in the event. The Fruit Logistica fair is one of the biggest annual international fairs for fresh fruits and vegetables in the world. The fair brings together hundreds of producers and buyers of horticultural products annually and has created international business for developing countries such as Ghana in the sector for decades.
