As GIZ marks the gender week, we are still celebrating and empowering women in all sectors to enhance their livelihoods.
Three women groups and three individual beneficiaries of the EU funded Resilience Against Climate Change Project( REACH) and the Market Oriented Agriculture Programme (MOAP-NW) were recognized in the Upper West Region.
The GIZ implemented REACH project and MOAP-NW in collaboration with the Department of Gender held a brief event to appreciate the contributions of the women in the Agriculture sector.
The women shared their experiences in the sector to foster learning.
This forms part of activities by the EUGAP to promote an inclusive improvement in the Agriculture sector in North Western Ghana.
