The Crescendo Food Systems Lab is an accelerator program designed to strengthen food businesses in
Ghana through compliance readiness, standardization, and market access preparation. Led by Crescendo
Foods, the program’s curriculum provides participants with theoretical and practical applications using
their own operation, so they can see real-life changes.
The Lab also serves as a foundational, pre-SPS intervention, building the systems, documentation, and
compliance literacy required for future engagement with Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) investments
and programs, including potential applications to international mechanisms such as the Standards and
Trade Development Facility.
Benefits
- Businesses will Strengthen food safety and regulatory literacy aligned with Ghana FDA and SPS by developing a food safety plan tailored to their business model.
- Participants also receive a business framework and ongoing access to a community of food practitioners.

Ghana based early to mid stage food businesses in the food and beverage sector.
Fees
GHS2000 for founders, GHS3000 for teams of 3 from SMEs.
