The Ministry of ICT and Innovation in Rwanda in partnership with GIZ, is looking for an experienced firm to set up and manage the Rwanda Startup Fund. Initially, the fund will support the Hanga Pitch Fest finalists. If your organisation qualifies, kindly send your technical and financial proposals as soon as possible – not later than March 31st.
