Deadline: 30Th September 2026

A six-week, zero-equity platform for African AI startups, from MVP to Series A, with a live product and commercial traction. Learn from founders and builders of $100M+ companies and some of the foremost AI and tech experts. Gain access to talent, customers, partners and capital to scale.

Benefits

  • Six weeks of hands-on support, built around one outcome: turning your technology into revenue.
  • Learn from builders of $100M+ companies: Masterclasses and workshops led by founders and executives who have built and scaled businesses on the continent, alongside leading AI and technology experts.
  • Weekly 1-on-1 coaching: Focused on the three things that break growth: Technology and governance foundations, product-market fit, and a scalable growth engine. Coaches work with your team rather than lecture at it.
  • Direct access to corporate buyers: Structured meetups from week 3 with corporates and institutions actively looking to deploy AI. Designed to produce pilots and contracts, not business cards.
  • Compute and technical firepower: Cloud and AI infrastructure access through ecosystem partners, with GPUs and enterprise-grade capacity to build, train and scale.
  • Capital: Cohort startups may receive equity investment of up to $200,000 from Askya, alongside our full platform and network.
  • Africa’s biggest stage: A public cohort reveal at Moonshot by TechCabal in Lagos, official partner of the platform: 6,000+ startup and corporate attendees.
  • Perks: Tools and API access, plus legal, design and talent partner discounts.

Eligibility

  • Your company is incorporated in Africa, or your primary market and operations are in Africa.
  • AI is core to what you sell, not a feature added on top. You train models, fine-tune them, or build on foundation models with proprietary data, workflows or domain expertise.
  • You are between MVP and Series A.
  • You have initial commercial traction: paying customers, signed pilots, or letters of intent.
  • You have a technical co-founder or a technical lead inside the team.
  • At least one founder is working full time on the company (and one founder is an African national or African diaspora).
  • You can commit 3 to 6 hours per week for the full six weeks, including coaching, workshops, and delivery against weekly targets.
  • Support that does not stop at week six: Growth-focused support and progress tracking until the end of 2026.
