MLOVE is a premier multidisciplinary and multicultural fellowship for under-resourced high-impacting and high-potential NextGen leaders.

MLOVE Fellowship Program for Young LeadersThis transformative 12-month experiential leadership program provides young leaders a vulnerable and safe space to be human, collaborate and partner with others, learn from world-class faculty, and become just leaders.

MLOVE Fellows receive a financial stipend, mentorship and coaching, and other tools they need to ideate, define, and execute a strategy that gives them an advantage in a complex and changing world.

Eligibility

  1. Age: 21-35 years
  2. Demonstrated leadership skills or potential growth in for-profit or non-profit organizations
  3. Commitment to learning about intersectionality and inclusion
  4. Remarkable interpersonal skills in writing, speaking or working with others
  5. English language fluency, inclusive of reading, writing and speaking. Three letters of recommendation from each of these tiers:
  • Family. Parent (s), Guardian (s), and or Siblings (s)
  • Community. Religious leaders, social workers, community leaders
  • Academia. Present and former teachers, school principals, and career advising counselors
  • Professional. Employer.

Application Process

  • A YouTube video submission. Create a video explaining why you should be selected for this program. All entries must be uploaded to YouTube and include the video link in the form. Your video must be between 2 minutes and 45 seconds and 3 minutes and 25 seconds long.
  • A PDF version of your resume or CV. There is a max of 2 pages and 10MB.
  • Valid passport, driver’s license, or identity card details. You will not be required to share the document.
  • Two (2) references. You will be asked to provide emails for the references. Please notify the references in advance for the timely completion of the form. The references can be selected from the following categories:
  • Community: Religious leaders, social workers, community leaders, or others who can attest to your involvement and impact within your community.
  • Academia: Present and former teachers, school principals, career advising counselors, or other educational mentors who can speak to your academic achievements and potential.
  • Professional: Your current or former employer who can provide insight into your work ethic, skills, and professional demeanor.
