Traditionally amongst the poorest within the fishing community, small-scale fishers were one of the hardest-hit during Sri Lanka’s economic crisis.
Kanthi was one of 5000+ beneficiaries of a FAO project implemented with generous funding from the United Kingdom, working to strengthen the food security of small-scale rural fishers.
