Mr Mustapha Omar Copson, the Bono Regional Director of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) says the agency in the region is set to donate some maize harvesters to some Senior High Schools (SHS) in the region.

Though, he did not immediately mention the beneficiary schools, Mr Copson explained the machines were meant to support the implementation of the school feeding programme in the SHSs.

“This initiative was introduced under the leadership of our Chief Executive Officer, Mr Malik Bansintale whose vision for sustainable and community-driven impact continues to guide the Agency’s work,” Mr Copson told the Ghana News Agency (GNA) in an interview in Sunyani.

“The effort clearly demonstrates how innovative leadership and strategic use of local resources can help address real challenges,” he stated.

Mr Copson highlighted the Agency’s active role in supporting education, advancing food security, and empowering young people through practical and impactful initiatives.
