As part of the second year of the Invest for Jobs program funded by Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ) and implemented by GIZ Ghana, the is training 1250 women from 25 cooperatives across Northern Ghana on;
– Cooperative development
– Business development trainings on costing, budgeting and alternate businesses
– Kernel aggregation and warehouse management and;
– How to process high-quality shea nuts
These trainings are conducted to support women shea collectors and producers to improve their capacity, become more efficient in their business operations and increase their profitability.
